Where the items from your websites are produced?
Majority of the products that we sell on our websites are produced in the USA. These are hand-made (in many cases unique) products. Some of the products also produced on our manufactory facilities abroad (China). We are also import some hand-made products from Ukraine.
What is your return policy?
Not customized, undamaged items, that never been used can be returned after 30 days of delivery. If the product was damaged, used or customized based on the client’s request, this product is out of our return policy.
Are your products hand-made?
Majority of the product that we sell on our website are hand-made.
For some products (especially for customization) we use CNC-machines and Laser engravers.
How to make a custom order?

What material are been use for production?
A variety good quality soft and hard wood.
We use Cherry, Walnut, Poplar, Red and White Oak, Pine, Cyder, Bamboo. Please check the product description for more details.
Can I do a self pick-up?
If you are local to DFW area, you can schedule a pickup. Please contact us on info@artisansymphony.com to schedule a pick-up.
